The reform of legal education system

Kosovo Law Centre(KLC) project supported by the EU Twining ” to reform legal education system” will present a series of new publications on Kosovo’s legal community. These legal publications are an option of judical resources by providing acomprehensive legal community service.

They include the publication of the Compendium of applicable laws called “Lex Legis”, Bulletin of  Decisions of the Supreme Court and District Court and booklets of various fields of law published in the form of legal booklets “Introduction to…” to named “Themis”.

The presentation will be held on March 29, 2011 at 11:00 in the European Union Centre of Information and Culture, Pristina.

Kosovo Law Centre (KLC), promoted the ”Compendium of property legislation in Kosovo.” Realization of this project was made possible with the assistance of OSCE Mission in Kosovo.

In this promotion were representatives of Kosovo institutions andexperts in property law where disscused the importance of this publication.
Adeline Sokol, executive director of the Kosovo Law Center said that this collection isa small comeback but very important to our process to develop coherent legalpublications. Then she added that the purpose of this review is to provide legalprofessionals, judges and prosecutors, assistance in performing duties.
As chief of the section Katarina Grbesa property of the OSCE, expressed gratitude for the work of KLC and promised that in the future who will collaborate in fields. The importance of this publication and the judge spoke of the Supreme Court, GylteneSylejmani, Agim Salihu by the legal office of the Municipality of Pristina and AgronBeka lawyer, which stressed the need of publication of laws in Kosovo and for the support that you provide this summary in their work.
KLC thanks the many officials of the institutions, and property law experts who helpedus in this project.
