Staff of the Kosovo Law Centre consists of Adelina Sokoli-Pallaska (director), Haki Demolli (legal expert), Xhevdet Halili (legal expert in the project GIZ), Faik Sylejmani (assistant editor) Fitim Berisha (assistant editor) Mirlinda Kolgeci (Office Manager), Kadina Bogaj (project assistant).
Adelina Sokoli-Pallaska is one of the leading Kosovo experts on legal publishing. She is the executive director of the Kosovo Law Center, Ms. Sokoli-Pallaska is the Editor-in-Chief of Kosovo’s most prestigious legal publications, namely Kosovo Supreme Court Bulletin, which included all judgments rendered by the Supreme Court and Kosovo Legal Studies, the only Kosovo law journal published in Albanian, Serbian and English. Ms. Sokoli-Pallaska also developed the first annotated compilation of Criminal Codes of Kosovo, which was funded by USAID. In 2007, Ms. Sokoli-Pallaska managed a € 2 million worth EU project, assisting the Kosovo Assembly in developing, reviewing and adopting laws. She is a graduate of Saint Louis Faculty of Law in Brussels as well as University of Prishtina Faculty of Law. She is fluent in Albanian, English, French, and Serbo-Croatian.
Haki Demolli is associate professor, has been a lecturer, consultant and commentator interpreting laws in Kosovo police school-Vushtri, was minister of justice, has been director of the Kosovo Law Centre, is now a member of the Parliament of Kosovo, speaks fluent Albanian, Serbo-Croatian and English.
Faik Sylejmani finished basic studies in the University “Dardania” taking the title graduated lawyer. Now is attending master degree studies at the University of Eastern Europe – Shtul in Tetovo, is fluent in Albanian, English and Turkish.
Fitim Berisha has finished studies at the University of Pristina taking the title graduated lawyer and now is attending master degree studies at the University of Pristina for criminal law, is fluent in Albanian and English.
Mirlinda Kolgeci is student of law – Pristina in the third year, is fluent in Albanian, Serbo-Croatian and English.
Kadina Bogaj is student in Law Faculty - University of Pristina -in the third year, has finished the school of Journalism and other trainings in the field of justice, is fluent in Albanian, English, Italian and Serbo- Croatian.
